BulkCSV, operated by CC IT Solutions, provides Shopify data import, export, backup, and related workflow tools. This policy explains how we handle information when you use BulkCSV.

Information we process

We process Shopify store information required to provide requested app functions, such as your shop domain, app session details, import files, export requests, import history, backup records, and data created through a BulkCSV import.

Cloud-storage connections

If you choose to connect Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Dropbox, BulkCSV receives OAuth authorization tokens necessary for the connection. Tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to provide the storage feature you authorize. We do not receive or store your provider password.

How we use information

We use information to operate the app, authenticate requests, generate exports and backups, show import history, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or Shopify store data.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate BulkCSV, with Shopify as required for the app to function, or when required by law. We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve support issues, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your BulkCSV app data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted storage for cloud-provider tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You can disconnect a cloud-storage provider in BulkCSV at any time. For privacy requests or questions, email [email protected].
